Legal/Streets, Traffic & Parking:  Joseph Schleimer 

1.     Update on lawsuit/ David Glockner.

7:45 p.m.            Community Services/Pool, Gym & Tennis: Fereshteh Ariz  

                        1.  Discuss tennis activities for community.

8:00 p.m.            Architecture & Landscape:  Reva Tavelman

                        (Beautification) 

            `            1.   Discuss neighbor complaints Bakhshian house paint.

2.      Krier will be repairing swales on Autumn Leaf Circle and Zivari wall.

3.     Harley Tucker will do annual hillside inspection in

April after rains.  He indicated that inspection after winter rains is best time for inspection.

4.     Yellowjacket service began on April 5, 2005.s

5.     Discuss installation of wrought iron gate or repair of existing wood gate –Aaron’s shed.

1.     Review financial statement, March, 2005.

1.   Update on proposed website.

1.     Discuss adopting a fine schedule for homeowners who have not

 complied with insurance requests (CC&Rs 9.7.)

2.   Replacement of Pamela Levin as Secretary.
