TENNIS COURT PLAYING HOURS 

As of August, 2004 the tennis court hours are: 

                            Courts #1 &  #2          8 am -  Dusk             Mon.-Fri.

                                                             9 am -  Dusk             Sat. & Sun. 

                             Court #3                   8 am – 10 pm            Mon. – Sun.

RESERVATIONS 

Sign-up sheets are posted at the Recreation Clubhouse bulletin board.  Players may not “Pyramid” reservations. 

PYRAMIDING DEFINED

An individual acting alone, or with another, who reserves in advance consecutive hours of court time under different names is guilty of pyramiding.  This applies equally to husbands, wives, children and friends. In addition, using fictitious names or the name of a non-playing homeowner to make advance reservations for the purpose of arranging for more than one hour of reserved time. However, if no one has signed up for that particular court in the time slot immediately after your hour, you may continue to play on that court for the next hour or until the party with a reservation claims the court.

GUESTS / INSTRUCTORS 

Guests and/or Instructors are allowed on the courts only if they are playing with a Beverly Glen Park homeowner.  No exceptions will be made.

VIOLATIONS 

Homeowners who have been found to be in violation of the Tennis Rules will be sent a notice.  A second violation may result in a suspension of tennis privileges.
